Coffee Cream with Amarettini
Ingredients for 10 portions
- 500 g QimiQ Whip Coffee
- 200 g Amarettini , crushed
- 200 g Mascarpone
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip Coffee until completely smooth, ensuring that the complete mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
- Add the Amarettini and mascarpone and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
- Portion, decorate and chill well.
